- All prices shown include FREE delivery to mainland UK.
- If you are outside of mainland UK, please contact our customer support with your enquiry and we can quote a delivery charge for you accordingly.
- Delivery is 2-3 working days from receiving your order.
- Deliveries take place on Monday – Friday.
- Once you have placed your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation detailing your name and delivery address. If the information is incorrect, please contact our team on 0113 249 0111. If your confirmation email is not received, please check your junk/spam folder or contact our customer support team.
- Small / medium sized orders will be dispatched with a parcel currier (usually DPD) who will email you tracking details in due course. Larger orders will be sent via pallet network. We will usually contact you via email or telephone to confirm a suitable day & contact number for pallet deliveries.
- All pallet deliveries are known as drop at kerbside delivery or as close to your property as access will allow. Items cannot be unloaded off the pallet and carried indoors, upstairs, into the back garden by the delivery driver. It is the customers responsibility to unload the pallet from the kerbside and take into the property.
- An additional charge will be applicable if orders have to be re-delivered by both parcel and pallet.
- We will take no responsibility or liability for any costs incurred, as a result of any changes to your delivery date through no fault of our own. Please do not book tradesmen until delivery has been made.
- All delivery cancellations must be made within 1 working day of placing your order via telephone on 0113 249 0111. After this timeframe, we will have shipped your order.
