We get it, sometimes something just doesn’t work for you and you want your money back. We accept returns of items which are unused, clean and still in their original packaging.
- Full refunds will be credited for items returned within 14 days of purchase.
- All returns fees are to be paid by the customer.
- Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method.
- If you request a refund for an item during the above timeframes but can’t return it to us for some reason, then please get in touch – but any refund will be at our discretion.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your item is received back in a good & new condition if your own courier is used.
- When your return reaches our warehouse, we will check and process your return.
- Refund payments take 3-5 working days from when we issue your credit note.

How do I start my return?
- Please contact our team either by email or phone as soon as possible. We will require your name, delivery address and order/invoice number stating you wish to return your order.

- One of our team members will respond to you confirming the return process.
- We will provide weights & dimensions of all parcels as well as the return address.
- We can provide a return collection process via DPD who will collect your order for a fee. If you wish to use this service, please let us know and we can quote accordingly.
- When returns are received, we will need to check the items and then process your refund.
